14-Day Return Window We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility & Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unused, with all original tags, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping (sending the item back to us). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund of Original Shipping In accordance with EU law, if you return your entire order, we will refund the full price of the product plus the original shipping cost (limited to the amount of the cheapest standard delivery offered by us at the time of purchase). Any additional costs for express shipping selected by the customer are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period As a customer within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
